1. Eligibility for Returns

• You notify us within 7 days of delivery.

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact.

Products not eligible for return include:

• Personal care items (e.g., creams, oils, cosmetics) if opened or used.

• Clearance, sale, or final sale items.

• Products damaged due to customer misuse.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

   • Your order number

   • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

   • Reason for the return

2. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.

3. If approved, you will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our part (wrong or defective item).

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

• You will be notified by email once your refund is complete.

In some cases, we may offer a store credit or exchange instead of a refund, based on product availability or your preference.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed:

• Check your bank or payment service again.

• Contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, broken, or incorrect item:

• Report it within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• Share unboxing videos or images as proof.

• We’ll either replace the item or process a refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, the order may already be processed or shipped.
