We proudly ship all across Pakistan, including major cities like Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and remote rural areas through our reliable logistics partners. Whether you're in a city or a village, we will do our best to get your order to you in a timely manner.
We currently do not ship internationally, but we plan to expand our reach in the future.
All confirmed orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
During peak seasons, Eid holidays, sales, or special campaigns, processing time may extend slightly.
Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next working day.
You will receive an order confirmation email, and once your order is shipped, a separate email or SMS with tracking details will be sent.
We highly recommend double-checking your contact number and address details before confirming your order to avoid shipping delays.

While we make every effort to deliver on time, unexpected delays due to weather, courier issues, or political disruptions are beyond our control. We will always keep you informed in such cases.
We strive to keep shipping affordable for all:
Standard Delivery Fee: Rs. 200 on orders below Rs. 3,000.
Free Shipping: Available on all orders above Rs. 3,000 (limited-time promotion).
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
COD is available for all products across Pakistan.
For high-value COD orders (above Rs. 5,000), our team may contact you for phone or SMS confirmation before dispatch to avoid fake or incomplete orders.
Refusal to accept a confirmed COD parcel may lead to restrictions on future orders.
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking ID on the courier’s website or contact us to get a live status of your delivery.
If you do not receive your tracking details within 48 hours, please contact us at wikispecial121@gmail.com.
We closely monitor all shipments. However, in the rare case of:
A shipment taking longer than expected
A package getting lost in transit
Courier delay or misrouting
Please contact us. We will investigate the matter immediately and resolve it either by reshipping your item or issuing a refund where applicable.
If you receive a parcel with:
Damaged outer packaging
Missing items inside
Incorrect or defective products
Please take photos/videos immediately upon unboxing and share them with us within 48 hours of receiving the order. After this period, we may not be able to accept complaints. We’ll review and resolve your case fairly.
Please make sure you provide the correct delivery address and contact number at checkout. AM Deals is not responsible for:
Incorrect addresses
Unreachable contact numbers
Missed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
If the package is returned to us due to such reasons, re-delivery charges will apply. In case of a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted.
We take care in packaging your orders securely to ensure items arrive in perfect condition. We are also committed to reducing environmental waste and use recyclable or eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.
During sales, special discounts, or national holidays, shipping and delivery times may be slightly extended due to high order volume. We appreciate your patience during such periods and assure you that every order is processed in the order it was received.
